The Parkview-Brookwood rivalry will be renewed this week, but for the first time since 2005 both teams are ranked. The schools, located about 6 miles apart along Five Forks Trickum Road in Gwinnett County, played nine times as ranked teams from 1996 to 2005. Which head coaches built those programs into state powers? (Answer Friday)
Answer to Wednesday’s question: Tim McFarlin, currently Blessed Trinity’s head coach, was the coach of Roswell during its 2006 championship season and in 2007, the last time the Hornets were ranked No. 1 until this year.
